When compression testing a motor all the Google info and YouTube vids tell you to do it with throttle open. What is the go with CV carbs do you need to remove completely or if leaving on hold the main jet up to simulate full throttle?

With the fizzers, the throttle only controls the butterflies opening and closing, the rest is done via the venturi effect.

If the butterflies are closed the engine won't be able to suck in as much air, which may affect the compression reading.
