I did a braking and cornering course today There were 40 bikes and only 2 250's, the FZR and a cb250 (eww) No probs doing the cornering, they just blasted me on the straights But apart from the severe horsepower deficiency the bike was excellent, and i was lapping quicker than some of the bigger bikes! Threw it around a bit, even got the bum off a little (you have time when you're not allowed to pass a cb250 to practice! lol) If anyone is thinking of doing one of these courses, go for it! I've only been riding 5 months, and then only on weekends, so the confidence and skill boost was just huge
Yeah id love to do a few courses like that. Learn a fair bit I reckon. Just dont have the time or cash atm .
Hey Tanya, who organized the course? I would like to know more about that.. how much it cost you?? They have some in Sydney, Superbikes, Stay Upright, Circuit breakers.. cost about $400 a day though.
