Hey guys iv been putting together a zxr 250 and come across today that the triple tree clamp is slightly damaged. Just wondering if anyone thinks it should definetly be replaced or if it still safe to use ? This is at the end where the lower headed bearing is

Well most of the force is on the bottom of the head tube and the bearing (and thus the bottom of the triple). So I wouldn't not be too worried about it. I'm guessing someone cut the bearing off and wasn't too careful with it.

If you were really worried you could get someone to weld it and grind it smooth.

Just smooth the cut off so a new bearing will fit and don't worry about it.
