I know a guy who works in Capalaba and has a big van who might be interested in coming down with a few bikes. And, I know how much @ShaneP likes a good long drive...he'd make a good drive buddy!

I have already planned a track day at Warwick in 2 weeks, so that blows my budget. Also, I have a men's retreat that weekend. Drat.

It was a "tongue-in-cheek" comment Shane. Kiffsta is pretty busy, so I know he's unlikely to attend. He has so many bikes he could bring down though!

no bad luck- had a new cam chain put in the 750 and is still rattling- alternator chain. quote of 1500 plus parts and i cannot find an alternator chain for an rc42.must be a solution- a tusabaki chain theoretically fits with an extra 2 links.love the old beast.

Surely, there's at least one bike you could bring along for a skid? Even if you just come on the Sunday. Didn't you buy another FZR recently or have the blown fixed?

Brian Vernon doing well at recent WSID meeting...

    WSID 20191019.JPG
A missed shift from Bernadette McShane was all Brian Vernon needed to win Street Bike aboard his Triumph.

And this is Bernadette's bike (with Bernadette riding). Maybe we can coax her up to Gunnedah. I'm guessing a lady rider would generate a bit of interest!

Okay, that's a pretty good reason.

I hope your shoulder gets better soon. Are you in Tamworth this week/weekend?

I'm currently down to attend. All depends on how bad the CarOwner Virus gets as to wether I get there on Saturday or Sunday (Aus F1 is scheduled for that weekend). I wouldn't be too disappointed if the drags were cancelled due to rain!

Dont know that the F1 race will be on either... at least not in World Championship mode... If Scum-Mo puts a travel ban on Italy then Ferrari, Alpha-Tauri and Pirelli wont be there... no tyres, no racing.

I get the feeling they're holding off until the teams get here next week. I'd almost bet the travel ban gets the green light soon after that. Anyway, if the F1 is cancelled, it just means I can make my way up to Gunnedah at a leisurely pace! Otherwise, it will be a Friday night drive to get there sometime Saturday for practice.
