    Hello friends.
    I have doubts.
What is the difference between the 1HX engines of the 2KR, 3LN1 and 3LN3?
    Thanks

2KR and 3LN pistons and rods are different to each other. 3LN has oil squirters aiming at the pistons from underneath.

3LN1 has an internal oil filter, 3LN3 and onwards have an external spin on filter.

1986-1988 2KR's don't have EXUP, the 1989 3HX models have EXUP, and all the 3LN's have EXUP.

3LN6 and 3LN7 have reduced redline of 16,500RPM and some speculate use the same camshafts as the FZX250 (3YX)
