    First off, Credit to my67xr & Linkin for their help getting the motor started and putting the idea into my head of how I should build it.... Thread http://2fiftycc.com/index.php?threads/2kr-crate-motor-wiring-help.9099/

    Yesterday managed to get the dam thing to start, So will need a carb clean & some minor wiring but im happy for now... Today I went to get a front end for my 2kr frame that the motor came in, Shoved it all in and offered up a front wheel from a SYM Jet4 scooter. Lo and Behold not only do they take the same size axle bolt, but with the spacers they happen to be the same width.

    With OEM scooter spacers, its off center by roughly 5mm as one side measures 20mm and the other measures 30mm from the rim lip to the fork leg. So because the disc is soo close to the fork leg already, currently brushing past I will have to get the mounting face for the disc machined. I will take probably 8-10mm off so that I have room to wiggle things across and get it all centered up.

    Once that is done, I will have to put the Tyre on the other way as the 2kr only has mounts on the R leg for a disc brake and the scooter used to have the disc on the left so the rim is in backwards. Then make up an adapter plate to mount the caliper on with. The smaller rim also seems to have lowered the front end roughly enough for what I need, and once the exhaust is cut and routed differently I will have more ground clearance.

    I scored a rear axle assembly from Hookers Customs in Kelston, Auckland, New Zealand so will re-use most of it. Probably going to fit 6" Go Cart rims and hubs to the current axle, This will mean I can use the stock sprockets and because the wheel diameter is smaller will gain a lot of torque meaning easy skids.

    Next Step;
    Remove all the unnecessary stuff, cut the frame down and remove the swing arm and such.

    Double checking ill have clearance if I do machine the rim down to move the disc... I swear this thing just wants to drift already everything fits...

    That disc bolt pattern on the front wheel look's close to a pit bike pattern, you can get offset disc's for pit bike's
    Diagonally across the mounting bolt's they are 100mm and have a 76mm bore
    Available in 190mm, 200mm, 210mm, and 220mm

    other bolt pattern's, and bore disc's are available too, like 67mm bore etc

    Thanks for the tip, Its going to be cheaper for me to just straighten this disc and mill the mounting faces for the disc down as the bolts kiss the frame and it still needs to move that way 5mm to be centered. Dropped the rim and disc off to my father today, Take it down to the Air New Zealand workshop and get that all done for me.

    Once thats done, I will be making up a jig and cutting and welding the frame to fit the rear end.

    I sort of lost the plot with it as sold it after I hurt my back off-roading. Will re-do it again with a different motor one day.
