    http://www.litetek.co/Guide_MikuniBDST_Rebuild.html
Almost all of the parts on the web page where you bought your LiteTek kit have assembly guide links.
Please use them they took me a lot of time :)
OR-003 is the old number and OR-018 is the new number.
    cheers

    :headbang:

Whilst fitting the emulsion tube to the lower jet housing we managed to break off one of the fixing bolts.

[Over tighten these at your peril]

    IMG_4504.jpg

We thought we had it fixed by using an 'easy-out' to remove the broken shaft and a hex bolt from an RD carb I had spare but once we tried to fit the needle we realised the fixing bolt is actually hollow to allow the needle to sit correctly.

    IMG_4505.jpg

So the question is...Whether to try to drill the hex bolt so the needle seats or try to source another OEM part [16 on the exploded carb list]

    IMG_4508.jpg

    IMG_4509.jpg

    :help:

Would anyone have a spare OEM hollow bolt?

Heres the broken one sat in the emulsion tube

    IMG_4511.jpg

    :help:

While were at it...Also looking for an [empty] jet housing [because we also couldnt get the pilot jet out of this one]

We were going to go ahead and leave the old jet in place and continue but with the hollow bolt issue it's all come to a dead stop.

Would have been GREAT to have those hollow brass bolts supplied in the Keyster kits from Motorcycle Warehouse. Everything else is there including this...Which we have no idea wtf it is!

    :idk:

Also, while were on the subject of FARKKKKKK! :commando:

Noticed that these one way breathers are responsible for all the **** in the diaphragm bowls.

Just look at the crap falling out of it when I tapped it on the table.

WHERE DO WE GET THESE BASTARDS FROM?

Or should we knock up some in line filters...for the filters!

Yep. Have the O rings in place.

We also decided not to split the carbs and tackle the obvious first...So some parts we havent had to replace from the kits.

My 'bastards' are the same. They don't appear to do very much.
