Cheers davez0r.

Yeah it has, comfy and great for taking my girlfriend or mates on the back... Is somewhat heavier though haha but I got used to that reasonably quick. Hahaha doesn't the 600 have enough poke Dave?

Wait I thought your son had that silver sv1000s?

Just a bit easier to ride and higher bars. Getting a bit old for sports position.
It looks like this

Here is my '92 3LN, before and after. new exhaust (aftermarket), some paint here and there, and new fairings all around, the tank is in the middle of being professionally painted as we speak. had to buy a new tank cos the old one has rusted through haha.

Hi GreyImport,

I have the standard sprockets on it at the moment (ready for Phillip Island - International Island Classic) but I also have a 55 tooth rear for the local track which is smaller and tighter.

That thing will be howling around Phillip island!

Im still getting my head around the gearing thing so correct me if im wrong....wont the smaller rear give u higher top speed and on a smaller ,tighter track wouldnt more acceleration be better?

Smaller front = lower top speed, better acceleration. Smaller rear = higher top speed and reduced accel. Going from a 55 to a 47 on the rear will just brutalize your drive!

I will go with dontz with that. You would also have to shorten your chain.

Wooops. I probably got my numbers around the wrong way. I have a 55 tooth and a 47 tooth. One is for the small tracks and one is for bigger tracks.
