Gold Coast/Brisbane Riders

    Hi Guys, looking through the member list, there are a few of us that are living in the south east QLD region. I am fairly new to the area (2mths) and am looking to go for a ride but don't know where the good rides are or have anyone to go for a ride with. So, I would be really interested in getting together with a bunch of us in the area and going for a ride. I don't mind coming up to Brisbane (I live near Surfers Paradise) if it means getting a good ride.     Finally another Gold Coaster!!

    Hey Malboro Man,

    I live about 15 mins from you. If you want to go for a ride this Saturday let us know. Just got my bike on the road Finally!! So if you want we can go for a cruise on Saturday have you been to Broady car park yet ?? You'll see some craze car and sometimes even bike action up there.
    But have to let you know Iam still an amature rider so no birnouts or wheelies from me <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

    I might have seen your bike around is it a Red White and Blue colour scheme

    Good ride spot

    If your looking for a good ride try the Gold Coast hinterland. Some steep and windy areas with some nice scenic locations. If you want to come up to Brisbane try Mount glorious or Mount Nebo and the areas around the Wivenhoe damn. Recommend the gold coast hinterland though!

    RVZ.. the Nerang raceway is a hoot.....
    On my first trip they took me over tamborine, we usually do it every 2nd weekend. I'm geting quicker, not being passed by harley's anymore <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt=":oops:" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->
    I haven't been to Glorious yet, but it's a hassle having to go thru the city to get there (we live in Springwood)
    We're supposed to be doing a day tomorrow, over to Beaudesert and Killaney. Friends live out that way and not a lot of traffic.
