    Hello there.Ive been watching in on this forum for a couple of weeks now.
    Alot of useful advice on fzr's here.
    Im from ireland and ive put down a deposit on a 3ln(1)fzr 250(red/white/blue) yesterday.Collecting it next saterday.Any advice/tips on what to look out for would be apreciated.

    Haha,suppose i worded it badly their bud.Not looking for advice on what to look for before i collect it specifically,more along the lines of during ownership i suppose.
    There are too many cbr 250's over here.Ive always prefered the yam fzr,something a bit different and alledgedly quicker too?

    About the same speed as the CBR250R/RR and the ZXR250; they're all within a whisker of each other really. Your best chance of outpacing the other 250 4pots is to keep your fizzer well serviced and in a good state of tune.

    Other than that, you might want to consider adding a couple of teeth on the rear sprocket to give it a bit more acceleration. <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: --> (Perhaps a little bit down the track, once your used to riding it first).
