Help Honda Hornet 250 fork oil capacity ?

    Hi new to this site ,I am trying to find out correct fork oil quantity for a 1996 hornet 250 cannot find this info in UK any help would be appreciated

    Hi, welcome to the forum.
    The CB250F use's 10W fork oil, and all i could find was capacity for the 1998 model Hornet 250cc which is 400ml per leg
    Have you drained your fork leg's ? If so how much was in them?

    2007 CBF250F, 2004 KLR650, 1992 FZR400, 2 x CB250RS (1980 and 1982),
    Not sure I can help you with a Hornet as I've never owned one.

    Never needed to service the forks on either of the CBF250s I've owned. According to the service manual, 296 ml, +/- 2.5 ml for the CBF250.
    They're a Twister rather than a Hornet...
