As you recall, the rusty crumbs that you sent over weren't the best, so the lads made those rings and welded them on based on a guess. Please trial fit some hoses and grind/file/sand them down for a good fit. That is the original bracket that was welded to the new stainless tube so it will need to be painted to protect against rust. Lots of details in the conversation Mr Grey

To be fair, nothing kills motivation like insufficient shed space.

Yes I never solved that .... and its buried ... somewhere :)

Yep ... Ive tripped over and climbed around so much .....and vowed to do nothing with anything till the new sheds are sorted ... but being beaten over the head with the "lets build that bike" stick from a fellow member re motivates u

make that multiple riders :D Interesting plans are in place .... including maybe the FZR being parked up in the Moto Nursing Home .... poor thing is 30yrs old now

Just take the ZXR frame over to the good doctor's house and offer him beer or some other form of sustenance. I am sure he can solve that problem.

That was the good side :D ... but I think most of this black is paint not 'dirt'

It will come up ok with a few million hours of elbow grease
