    As you recall, the rusty crumbs that you sent over weren't the best, so the lads made those rings and welded them on based on a guess. Please trial fit some hoses and grind/file/sand them down for a good fit. That is the original bracket that was welded to the new stainless tube so it will need to be painted to protect against rust. Lots of details in the conversation Mr Grey

    Yes I never solved that .... and its buried ... somewhere :)

    Yep ... Ive tripped over and climbed around so much .....and vowed to do nothing with anything till the new sheds are sorted ... but being beaten over the head with the "lets build that bike" stick from a fellow member re motivates u :cool:

    make that multiple riders :D Interesting plans are in place .... including maybe the FZR being parked up in the Moto Nursing Home .... poor thing is 30yrs old now

    Some front end love ....

    The new giant breaker bar came in very handy .... tyre is 15yrs old so the wheel hasnt been off anytime recently :aggressive:

    Well I was going to change the fork oil ... are they kidding? ... like 5 special tools and 10 processes to do it ... give me an FZR fork! :fuckyou:

    Think Ill need some new stem bearings ;)

    So min is 3.5m ... these are around 3.8
    Anyone know off hand what thickness they are new?

    Also trying to get the wheel bearings out ... bloody inner tube has no movement in it at all to get at one
    They arnt notchy but Im guessin they are original :headbang:
