WD40 or any lub in general actually harms locking mechanisms in the long run, better off with some graphite powder $5 bunnings for a big bottle works a treat :)

The van is a total PITA to jump off as the battery is basically under your arse and u have to lift both seats and console to get at it ..... then as its buried and up high its difficult to reach wateva u are jumping to.

    Nice project!

I have two sets of those air tubes, both are made of metal and in very good nick just boxed up in the garage. Problem is that I'm not sure which one is the A model and which one is the C model. Any defining characteristics??

I don't need them, so if you need them just PM me!

And another bit of Kawasaki magic, the light actually switches off during cranking giving maximum power to start the engine, doesn't sound like much but it certainly help.:thumb_ups:

It already is :lolsign: .... at least it will hold its place at the top as its the only 1 of 4 thats registered

Yea I thought that also .... considering all I did was remove the airbox and give it some fresh fuel

On another note (nice pun that) I tried emailing Pipemasters to see if I could get a couple of muffler decals to renovate the exhaust .... but their email address off their website bounced back.
