Looks like the guys from Netrider have started a petition for a law to allow low speed lane filtering for Motorcyclists, Im sure this one will cause a few debates, feel free to view it here : http://www.gopetition.com/petitions/define-and-legitimise-motorcycle-filtering.html I posted this up on Facebook, there have been some interesting repsonses so far : sorry chris, dislike. it pissses me off no end when a turkey on a bike splits the lanes at a red light. there's no logical need for it, just wait your turn like everybody else. the petition says it's not dangerous? well lets see how dangerous it is to the rider if a bike ever comes in contact with my car when doing it... thanks Chris
Signed. I think if you are doing this safely than its fine. I do agree that some people do it way to fast and give the rest of us a bad image.
