I couldn't find one of the exhaust seals, and I got impatient and tried to run it anyway!! :D The garage quickly became a giant Dutch oven! Happy with the result though!

Now I just need to save my pennies so I can get an Ace of Sprays paint job on the tank and get the wheels powder coated. :D:D:D:D

Haha, thanks guys. Not the most practical methods of transport, but both were A LOT of fun!!!! I kick myself everyday for selling the NSR, and to a lesser extent the mini. :(

Nice Duggs. Shame you don't still have those panels. The originals are probably worth more than the bike!

Hey guys. Can anyone tell me where the oil lines from the pump go on the carbies? I'm trying to sort the post mix out. Cheers

After having seen your post on NSR World Duggs, maybe they go where that hose loops around between the two carbies in the first photo? That hose doesn't look like it's doing anything except for blocking off those two inlets. Makes sense because it's downstream of the fuel flow too.

Hey guys... been a bit slack with the updates, so I thought I'd catch those of you that are interested up. A couple of things have happened since last I posted:

    1. I got the wheels powder coated through a mate, and they came up a treat. While I was at it, I ordered a full set of wheel bearings (which I am still waiting on) as the old ones were shagged.
    20140606_212555.jpg

    2. I decided to bleed the front brakes as there was absolutely nothing behind the lever... and after about 20 mins, I wasnt having any joy, so I decided to purchase a master cylinder rebuild kit from the u.k as I suspected the seals had gone, but that wasn't it...
    20140608_225808.jpg

    3. Found a complete set of oem fairings on gumtree to replace the chinese set I bought. I am not lying when I say this was the BEST $100.00 I have/will ever spend!!!
    IMG_20140621_194910.jpg

When the bearings arrive, the plan is to do the steering head bearings, fork seals/oil, and put it all back together.

    Woo.
