Hi all, If I blew a head Gasket and had new iridiums in it but were only between 20-50km old and sat for 2 months. Would my plugs be salvagable? ..because according to the bike mechanic who did my head gasket, my plugs were screwed from the blown head gasket.

Your plugs would not have been damaged at all from a blown head gasket - unless the temps got so hot that the electrodes melted. You should have asked for the old plugs back, iridiums are not cheap and I would be really surprised if they were stuffed. <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cool.gif" alt="" title="Cool" /><!-- s -->
This guy just lied to your face. Either he took them, or his buddy did, or he just plain lost them and doesn't want to pay to replace the plugs.
