hey everyone got a 250 megelli 12 and where the exhaust goes under the seat and hooks back around into the engine theres a small gap between the engine and the plate ive taken it off and tried to move around a fair bit thinking it was just a bad angle or whatever the previous owner had left but have no luck as soon as i titten the bolts they stop with about a 10 mil gap between the engine and the plate that holds the pipe onto it. im hoping this is reason for alot of the noise the bike gives off

aswelle almost every ride i go for aslong as its around or over 20 klms of riding the fans will turn on and the bike gives off alot of heat in genereal is there a way to increase air flow or anything its a liquid cooled version but still struggling also the coolant sits between low and full but at times when i come back from a long ride the bottle on the side of the radiator will go to full and sometimes be overflowing?

also when over 7000 revs the bike sounds governed or restricted. is there a way i can confirm this and would anyone recommend or not recommend to remove it? it gets to 100 easily but after 6-7 revs the sound of it is ****** hahaha, thanks for any help.

water expands when hot. buy a new radiator cap.check your thermostat.the engine pipe fits onto the engine and has a crush washer between it and the head as a seal. measure and go to a bearing supplier who should have various crush washers.hope this helps.

megelli is out of business in australia as the importer had trouble with his wife and a property settlement and bank foreclosure ended the business.look at write off auctions for parts or ebay for used parts.you can also get parts from england where it was sold with a 125cc engine.

A good search of google and you will find aftermarket parts. you just need to look and be specific. jet kits, rear sets exhausts are all there you just need to look and email. it will be a long process but you will find items, and of ebay will be your friend from time to time.
