    They seem to have everything and the prices are pretty good. I'll probably replace everything from the shaft to the impeller; but they only ship to Malaysia. I sent them an email to see if they will make an exception, otherwise I'll have to find someone in Malaysia to ship it through.

    if you can get a 16 tooth front cog instead of current 15 tooth.was in the speed kit which had steel front sprocket and aluminium rear one.will stop the motor screaming.

    Ended up ordering from China through a local bike shop: $340 for a water pump seal, shaft, and a set of gaskets. I thought the bike needed the shaft, but I've got a feeling I'm getting shafted more...

    I just want to get back on the road though. The next best offer was a guy in Sydney who will do a whole engine from a wreck for $550 plus freight.

    Thanks for the advice. I'll look at changing the sprocket when I have a bit more time on two wheels.

    Cheers, habve tried but I can't find the bits I want on website (not even a picture) and the Order on- line takes me to Ali baba. Have posted on their facebook page & emailed them plus dealers in Indonesia & Malaysia. I have spent more on fixing issues than I spent on buying it - and in that is a very valuble lesson!
    UK spares are all for 125's
    Oh but I do have a spare choke cable & CDI (both brand new) if anyone is interested in them.

    try sportsbikespares on ebay. they have an impellor and cover.send them a message.

    as far as i know the 125 and 250 are the same with different bore and stroke.
