Project My GK72A headache lol

    1937 Royal Enfield 250, CF Moto 250 V5, Honda's XL250, CBR250, FT500 plus a few others.
    They should clean up nicely. Can you get threebond in over there? General purpose paint thinners and an old tooth brush also work well. Just make sure ALL passages are clear.
    The choke plunger nut on the left carb is broken, will have to be replaced otherwise will suck air in there. Don't over tighten them as the plastic strips easily.

    Across very similar but with annoying differences,like crank .GJ starter motors are one offs and very very hard to find !!

    On my zxr about same top end with 10 %
    better mid range

    I have std 30mm plus B and D model 32mm CV,s and the FCR,s.Running the 30 mm at moment as better of corner throttle response .but thats just fine tuning !

    Nice, the 32's and 33's are used on the 400's so 30's should be plenty for a 250. I meant which bike can you do the better lap times on, the Balius or the ZXR?

    tight tracks like Broadford I like the ZR and the ZXR for Phillip Island. FCR,s are 28mm as also used on the 400,s
