So, i'm just asking opinions to help me figure out the next step on the VTR.... I notice that the bars on new bikes swing much easier than mine so i'm thinking steering head bearings. Are they something that can be lubricated or refurbished or is the only real option to replace them? Is it manageable in the shed or does it need a mechanic with hydraulic presses or something?
