Went for a squiz yesterday, was a bit smaller than the last time I went but have been out of the state for quite a while! I think it's on again today so if you haven't been and are in Perth it's worth a day just to get through everything. The "bike" parking area was almost as interesting as the bikes in the show itself! This crazy turbocharged chopper puts out about ~260 RWHP. Totally insane. The "new" H2 Ninja, still a crazy amount of power (about 1/2 of the track H2) but no denying it would still be crazy fun. What can I say, still have a soft spot for the Zed's. Thought this one may be from @risky 's era LOL My dad (who used to race in the 70's) said the RGV500 was the only bike that has ever scared the s#!7 out of him to date. His only regret is not buying one for racing. This last chopper boasts 1T of weight and a V8 engine. An impressively heavy, loud couch but those Americans like them exactly like that I guess!!
no yamaha yds5, no marusho magnum or electra, no honda 750k, no honda cbx or yamaha 2kr or kawasaki gpz or zxr.gawd junior - no decent bikes!!!!!!!!!not even a ca77 honda 305 dream.
Great pics Joker, that NSR250 is sweet, Perth had the Blue Haze 2 stroke rally on the weekend as well, that would have been fun to see.
Hmm didn't know about that but was only in town for the remainder of the morning. I was surprised there wasn't that many bikes... a lot of fluff like insurance companies and accessories but for the most part the bikes were on the lean side. Went for a walk through the carpark at the end, now wishing I had taken more photo as much more interesting!!!
