Notice a puddle of gasoline on the floor while idling the bike, took a closer look and saw fuel literally spraying from petcock area.
Checked closely its coming from the diaphragm cover
Anyone face similar issue before? Where can I get a rebuilt kit for ZXR250C petcock

Symptoms: slow leak (A drip in a minute) when there is no vacuum applied, fuel spraying when vacuum applied

Wow, that's pretty bad. Won't cause external leaks though, so outer seals between halves are also bad. Might as well rebuild entire petcock.
