Made up some fuel tank stickers today for the GSF.

Got the vinyl cutter out and was able to buy various colours of Avery vinyl from one of the local sign writer businesses in town. They usually throw out the vinyl I buy from them as their cutter/plotters are so big and my cutter is much smaller , so can use the stuff they can't.

Going to make up some more custom "GSF250V" stickers later on for the ductail and once I get the CBR250RR fairings from @kiffsta, I'll make up some more custom graphics for it as well.

Vinyl cutters rock , I do lots of weird and wonderful stickers, I hate weeding them , but still cool to have.

Here is one I did for my sons room

Fuel tank back on with OEM fuel tap after putting a KBS tank liner kit through it all.

Also installed an original clutch lever assembly as previous owner had bypassed the wiring so it wasn't necessary to pull the clutch lever in to start the bike. So now have that working properly.

Next thing to do will be to drop the motor back out of the frame and respray the frame. But that will have to wait until Covid is over and I can get the fairings etc from @kiffsta . Don't want to start painting the frame until I've worked out the fairing mounts - especially the headlight surround for the dual headlights. But I may only use one headlight and plastic weld a panel over the other headlight to get that GS1000R endurance racer look.. haven't decided yet. But also concerned that the electrics in the GSF might be overloaded if I try and run 2 headlights being the fairing and headlights are from a CBR250RR honda.

Here is a link to my son's Youtube channel of the bike running.
