    Heres an interesting read discovered in an old bike magazine by @2valve (thanx Gary!) and very appropriate to our forum and in particular our more 'senior' members that may have ridden some of these rockets :D

    It appeared in a May 1988 'Bike Australia' magazine and credit goes to Grant Roff for the article

    It must be noted that the mighty SRX made his top ten :bowdown:

    And his closing statement ....

    If you ride a 250 , ride with pride!

    Amen to that :cool:

    A huge thank's to Greyimport for posting this for me.Thanks Buddy :drinks:. Hope you enjoy the read everyone , i did. As our Big Kahuna (Greyimport) has commented , the mighty Yamaha SRX 250 get's a mention , go the SRX !.

    What an awesome article ,
    I spent close to 10 years of my life spruking the mighty 250 (and this forum) and still do to this day.
