I make fiberglass fairings.. though I'm based in Melbourne...

There is some one making them in Brisbane I belive.. ask around some wreckers... I would love to find out what sort of prices they charge as I'm getting a number of inquarys for CBR250RR fairings from up there...

I will have FZR250 3LN sides in a week.. $230 each (this forum special price, normal $250) and a top to follw as soon as I can... If any one wants a one pice ducktail let me know as I don't know if there is any market for them...

Good luck making them Tbone. It would be good to see pictures of a prototype once you have one. Sounds like a great idea though. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

with the duck tail... I plan to make a one pice "race style" avalabe... as well as one which will use the existing seat... I know you can get a "cover" which replaces the rear set to fit the 2KR so i might think about making one for the 3LN as well... hmmm custom rear lights as well??

I'v been thinking of making a new aloy sub frame when I take my bike of the road. It will be a big job but I think If I take my time it will be ok. But I will be intrested in any custom back ends you have to offer.

Cool If TimBus lets me take a mould of his behind (duck tail) I'll make a single pice duck tail to fit a seat... from that I'll make a race style and than I'll play around with custom bits... expect to see some results in a mounth or two...

Yes do so... custom stuff aint cheep and especialy if there is only one customer... I'm hoping to lower the cost by making a number of these tails and selling them through here and other places... so far I have some hits on these tails which is good...
