    My Spada has sun faded switch gear any tricks to blacken them up, apart from spray paint

    1937 Royal Enfield 250, CF Moto 250 V5, Honda's XL250, CBR250, FT500 plus a few others.
    A beeswax type of leather dressing (eg Dubbin, Saddle Soap, etc) works well, need a couple of goes over a period of days.

    I am with Murdo, dubbin or similar , even wd40 helps bring new life into sun scorched plastic

    I find a thin smear of axle grease, well rubbed in, makes them look like new. Just don't ride with white gloves:)
