    Hi,
So x-mas pressie arrived with new LED indicators - looking good, but need to tinker with how to best place them (in particular front) (that I posted on earlier - still havent found anything I can use :(
    - The stock indicator wiring into the indicator were a bastard to get off - basically had to cut my way through a rubber sleeve before I managed to get the light socket out - really, really bad design - but now they r off - so truing to work out best way to fit my new Pro-One led indicators...

Now, as part of doing this work (along with bypassing the stock relay, I noticed a bunch of wires being in a real bad state - insulation on most wires is gone, one only hangs on onto a strain of copper wire - really bad - so need to take the opportunity to rewire the lot - (at the moment Im looking at everything feed into the relays under the seat - But may very well extend along the entire bike depending on what I find along the way)
    - So question is, what is the best approach - buy single properly colored cable and use heat shrink over the new home made harness? Get a soft outer harness? or go for a stock complete harness?
Cost is an issue, so gut feel is to make my own, but not 100% if wrapping them in shrink tube is the best solution (tend to be thin and not a lot of protection along the frame) - would it be better to go for a proper soft harness tubing or...?

Should really have one thread for your bike and ask all your question's there, start it here
It's usually cheaper to buy a good oem harness over making your own

But if you do go that route then Litetek sell the oem style pvc conduit-
PVC Tubing for sheathing motorcycle wiring harness
