mate, sometimes mongrels make life suck. try contact cleaner on all snap connectors and check every wire. dead heads create problems and should be knackered.

re the hornet-am getting last few bits needed from simon at tasmanian bike wreckers at a fair price.[0363448680]could not source much in sydney so went further afield with gumtree.honda was outrageous on parts they had but much had been deleted.HOPE TO HAVE THE BIKE ON THE ROAD BY NEXT WEEK END.word on the street is that the druggy who stole it is a marty dumbrel with a known crim history

Try spraying some Inox in it to lube the slides.

flooded it with inox and castrol marine grade dwf. finally came out and locks are now sweet. slowly assembling.motor has cleared up smoke at high revs. will do an oil change today. hope to have ready for blue slip tmr as cancelled the rego so if theif caught riding would also go fo unregistered and un insured greenslip which would have cost them another 2k.

bike back on road and regoed. cost to repair doing all labour myself and son at zero was 1146.62 dollars and cents.chance of re couping is zero and dead heads have to be caught in the act.however in my searches for parts now have a ventura rack on and a radiator grille.that cost was extra.am i enjoying it. YOU BET.

did not know my name was karma.lolthe drunk who has the house dobbed in a marty dumbrell for taking it there. dumbrell has dobbed in another person for stealing it.meanwhile the word on the street is an unknown person has offerred a reward of up to 5000 for information being given to the police leading to the arrest and conviction of dumbrell and co.now who would be annoyed enuff to offer that money.i have heard other people are after dumbrell and may not be so kind.the plain clothes have been told by me so the 2nd lot cannot be me.cops have said the un named one has knocked off another bike but they do not know type, colour or where it is. they know one hide out courtesy of risky but another one is elsewhere.hope the 2nd lot of annoyed people get em.
