    Drug addiction? An R3 that is a very quick 600cc bike? Wow, that guy must be on something indeed... materialising 300cc from nowhere is quite a feat!

    He will sell the bike to you, not that he owns it... I'd be worried that there is some legal thing where the seller can claim a state of duress or incompetence and void the sale later. Any legally sort of people on here?

    Part of contract law (related to buying/selling stuff, I'm a bit rusty but always liked it at uni) is to say that you are entering into an agreement of your own free will and that you are of a sound mind to do so. If "duress" (or however it became defined at the time) was PROVEN, yes it would probably void the contract - but that would also say the buyer and seller would return to the "pre contracted state" ie the seller would have to fully refund the buyer as well.

    Saw this and thought it looked reasonable, for 9mths rego and rwc (upon sale), but then saw the 92,000km. That's a fair trip.

    I missed out on that balius when it was $600, this guy bought it, registered it and now has it up for sale.

    He had it at $2200 for a while, then it's been slowly dropping the price, I have always wanted one , just haven't bought a cheap one yet , I have found about 3 but they go Pretty quickly
