    Rare? I've bought 3 that were all in need of rescue. That's not the original exhaust or livery either, so I challenge the claim of "in unmolested condition"

    More than likely. One of mine ended up as parts for the other two due to a butchered frame and I haven't seen many for sale still with stock exhaust.

    There have been a couple listed in eBay lately as well as a really nice replica. Way too many $$$ for me though.

    Imagine what both the 1948 Vincent Rapide and the Norton wideline twin would be worth now if they had been left alone? Shows how strong the Norton gearbox is to be able to handle the torque of the Vincent engine.
