Already restored three SL125s, not looking to do anymore.
Kawasaki zzr250, Needs the carbys looked at, (flooding themselves), had it running nicely, last week. Couldnt be botherd messing around with it. $350.
I'd be tempted, but I'm broke. And have too many bikes
Just makes you want to cry.
I reckon one of these might come in handy
Digital Protractor, $13.90 inc post
Meh... I have a $1200 phone that can do that...
I didn't even think about that, nice !
So it's a vertical protractor? Interesting...
I didn't even pay $120 for my phone, can't even trust it against my ear!
@kiffsta 1970 T500, $7750 SA
I think one is enough , awesome bike though
He said it was a T500 when it started, but maybe it was a GT500. He's done all the work on it and it seemed to go well.
@Wozza , still looking for a project ?
1981 CB400N project, walk in reg, $600 negotiable SA
Another bike that looked better standard.
"Walk in rego"
Does that mean walk in to get the rego, because if you take the bike you won't get it?...
It just mean's the bike has numberplate's,
in SA it's pretty much all you need to get it registered, that and the engine number, don't need rego paper's or inspection's
It could have been unregistered since 1980 or longer
where are the original parts because they would add value?. i feel sorry for the bike.
Well that's one reason to live in SA, are there others?
I wish we had nationalised rego, so you could buy interstate more easily, but I worry they would come up with a scheme that would combine the worst of every state! Annual inspection, high rego fees, a current RWC for transfers, no rec-rego, an even worse wovr scheme... Oops, I'm ranting my paranoia.
