ok with the short 2 hours worth of work i got to do on the bike this arvo, map sensor, air temp sensor, TPS sensor and water temp sensor are wired and working properly from what the manuals say they should be doing it looks like they are doing it... tomorrow i've got work + arvo appointment so when i get home i'll wire the injectors, fuel pump, tach senso input + output, and if time permits pressure test fuel pump and regulator and if all goes well a test fire

hey guys. update from my last post.

i've had to re-do the fuel system. had a bit of trouble with fueling the filter and the pump. sorted it out left the filter where it was just changed its orientation, and put the fuel pump under the tank to the left side. have it set to 3bar pressure.

taped up the wiring and neatened it up which is not the best but still got a few things i wanna do to it first.

setup the system on the tuning software, did a test fire and she's almost there. my gut feeling is the air-fuel ration is off. but i cannot for the life of me find what its supposed to be..
she will run run for a few revs then die. the longest she ran for was a sec before died... so she's almost there. will do a vid an pics after she's running, will more then likely have to work more tomorrow after work... but i'm so close i can taste it.

after noon boys and girls, the final update to my little project.

after running over budget, over time, and scratching my head on where stuff was to go. its pretty much finished.

basic settings are done, some more testing is needed but i would say so far its a success...

    youtube awaits the views.

I have to hand it you, I was expecting nothing but drama and this thread to go on for 12 months, I have to say congrats on getting your bike running in such as short time.

Most of the conversions I have read took ages.......

I am most definitely looking forward to see how she runs on the open road and hear about your fuel economy now its FI bike

i would have been done last week if the parts had of gotten here and worked off the bat. but yeah if it had of gone on any longer the bank would be ridding my back to get it done...

thinking as an extension to the project, do a temp ninja250 exhaust with an o2 sensor and cut the airbox off and register the tunerstudio and let it auto tune the bike, then switch to a dual exhaust race mode from japan. and finish off the tune.
