    Hey guys,

Has anyone used this site? www.thirdgear.com.au

I just want to buy some cheap rear LED indicators and mirrors with inbuilt LED indicators.

Looks like all the Chinese type gear off eBay but with a nice site behind it.

Can't find many reviews anywhere online which is usually a red flag...

    Any advice appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Russy

Yes many times ... they are fine

    They have good specials

    They sell via ebay too

Most stuff is Chinese these days (Harleys are half Chinese parts and some are built in India) and like anything from anywhere can be junk ..... which if it was a brake rotor u wouldnt want to go there but with an indicator, not so important

Even though Ive never had a problem buying direct from China , an Aussie based business would be easier to deal with for a return or wateva

Cheers @kiffsta I'll pull the trigger on my shopping cart and have the old girl back on the road soon.

Any rides coming up around SE QLD that you know of? I've just moved up here (Ipswich).

I've bought stuff off there too. Standard system of you get what you pay for. Cheap prices with the quality you would expect.

God damn you guys are quick on the replies haha

Cheers @GreyImport, I think it's that little bit more reassuring knowing it's an Aussie company for returns, etc.

I bought 2 stands from them a while back. They were quite cheap (50% off or something). Fairly decent deal compared to Kaneg. But the Thirdgear ones needed assembly and weren't particularly rigid. So there is flexing and wobble more than the one I got from AMA Warehouse. So I'm thinking about stiffening them up so I can use them on my 600 and MC22 for peace of mind that they won't fall off. Other bits and bobs are good from them though. I've been meaning to get lockwire pliers and T handes and other quite cheap tools from them for ages.

bought a few bits from them but always find their shipping to be killer, shipping for something so small ie rim tape, costs more that you'd expect and I've asked to combine and unless you do it on their site they say no, so note.....don't buy off them on ebay just go direct to their site. some of their tools are OK quality.

Peace of mind is important and you are covered by laws, think that speaks volumes at times.

No problems with stuff I've bought from them for the price.

    Ordered it all last night.

I'll keep this in mind for when I inevitably break something again though.
