    Hi All,
For those of you that didn't see my R4 project page, part of my grand plan is to knock 30kg off the total weight (not likely). Anyway, where possible I need to lighten everything. Part of everything being the suspension arms which are made from 6mm steel plate. So grade 5 titanium is the weapon of choice here, half the weight and very strong.

When I get my mill I will cut them myself, but for the moment I am having them water jet cut. The holes are milled. I assume that most people will be interested in custom sizes so I will not be carrying a wide range of stock. It would also be very costly for me to do that. I can also do the triangular shaped plates that are used for Hondas and other models.

So if you are fitting a custom rear shock to your bike or you want to change the ride height then this may be an option for you. I estimate that the price will start at about 3500 THB (Thai Baht) for the pair including shipping. The triangular plates will cost more due to the greater waste.
