    well..im in melb tho.
i guess any signwriter could do it for around that price if u want the normal decal in plain colour.
as for making the decal "stickerless" - do u mean smooth to touch, so no bumps wen u run ur fingers over the decal? if so then ull need to clear coat it a few times n lotsa sanding to get it smooth. not really worth it tho for the time spent unless its a show bike. lol
    anyway, emial sent.
get them to convert to vector format n ur done.

    thanks dave
actually by "sticker-less" i meant no decals on the bike.... just the word YAMAHA so there's no ambiguity about what the bikes brand is <!-- s:cool: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cool.gif" alt="" title="Cool" /><!-- s:cool: -->

ive read that a clear coat is recommended on the tank to stop petrol overflow stuffing up your paint job.... but there are arguments for and against it.... so i was just gonna be safe and do the clear coat... i figured that ive put so much work into sanding the fairings under the paint, i little bit more sanding after painting isnt gonna do me too much harm...

The stock decals on the tank are factory clearcoated. The only reason that I can think of, is to protect the decal from petrol as the clearcoat does a good job of protecting the paint already.

hmmmm ok.... so should i put the decals on the paint and the clearcoat the lot? or should i clearcoat the tank first and then put the stickers on and then clear coat again?

Sand the tank down, repaint, apply stickers, apply clear-coat, lather, rinse, and repeat.
