This hose pops out after engine heat up enough (Water temp ~90C) , re-tighten the worm clamp and still cant find enough grip. Is it time to change a new clamp or a new hose?
Anything to lookout when tightening the clamp?

Hose looks ok .... make sure the outlet and the inside of the hose is dry and clean and use a new clamp and tighten it with a socket and wrench, not a screwdriver

That is one of the reasons I was having difficulty sorting out a silicone hose set for the ZXR. That front outlet does not have a useful bead on it and would have required me to include an adapter in the kit. This is because you cannot tighten the clamps on silicone hoses like you can on EPDM. If you want a permanent solution then you need to make a beaded adapter that can be glued and/or retained with grub screws. If it were my bike, I would just make one from aluminium and use high strength epoxy.

Are there coolant hoses available for the ZXR 250A ?

My answer would be to shape a piece of copper wire to fit around the piece on the block and after cleaning the block back to bare metal glue the wire near the end of the pipe with Devcon. Leave a couple of days to harden and fit hose with new clamp.
