Hello, from Japan. I am Japanese. I have just joined this site today. I got KLR250 in last June! I had been looked for information of restoration for KLR250 on web. Because of KLR250 is not popular in Japan. Now I restoring my KLR250 and I have just started my blog! Kawasaki KLR250 Restoration http://klr250.net/ My blog is written in Japanese and English. Welcome to the forum Your KLR look's pretty good condition Lot's of work to polish the plastic's by hand. i've done quite a few motocross plastic's as well I usually scrape the chalky oxidised white layer off and go back to clean plastic with a sharp single edged razor blade, then sand back and polish, take's a lot of time

I was surprised there is Japanese speaker! I never thought there was Japanese speaker and to use Japanese language on foreign thread! I live in ise-shema region. I don't know much about the KLR250 models, but I have a KLR650 I've managed to break that I'll be trying to fix once I finish on the current Honda CB250RS project!

Dear, Spotthedogg Do you know Mr,Justin Trudeau is Canadian Prim minister? He visited Japanese Buddhism temple in city of Toba when ise-shema summit. I delivered mails this tenmple Honda super CUB 50cc in 25 years ago as part time job on post office! This temple is in the recesses of the mountain. I was surprised VIP visited this temple in the recesses of the mountain! I want to write more, but I have to sleep. I will write next article in morning! Good night!
