No luck for me as always. Couldn't get a brake lever properly after bleeding all the damn seals are leaking looks like trying to cheap out and not buy any has backfired.

I bought this wheel for $50 for the brake rotors incase the dragging brake warped the disc. More as a precaution and to have some spare ones worst case scenario aint a bad thing :p

the old girl is finally getting some things attended to today so it can be ready for sale, new second hand carby boots and a new second hand radiator and possibly some more brake work if i get time.

So i am swapping the radiator with a c model one i have (same part number so are the same) the only difference is the thermo shroud so i will change the thermo over just to be on the safe side

    Sale? Why?

If upgrading, keep and track it!

Though I do realise sometimes budget doesn't allow this.

    I have a zx7r http://2fiftycc.com/index.php?threads/so-i-bought-a-new-bike-a-zxr750-zx7r.2528/

and another zxr250 project on the go http://2fiftycc.com/index.php?threads/huntsmans-project-zxr250a-streetfighter.2210/

So something has to be passed on and this one in its current state is worth allot more then the other project , if I could afford the running costs of a track bike I would definitely consider it but alas at this point of my life I cannot.

It is heartbreaking as sooo much time has gone into old yellar but i can take solace in the fact I am passing on the bike in better nick then i bought it.

Alrighty then did some work on the old girl today so I had a bike to ride if the clutch change on the 7r turns out abit difficult lol.

the carb jets had a 3bond soak since Thursday as @Tim_ sort of showed me my pilot jets were a little blocked thanks mate! I had the a/f screws at 3.25 turns out I guess this was in compensation for that! Now they are at 2.5turns :) I finally finished the carby boots and radiator swap, no air leaks or coolant leaks ATM WINNING!

Looked into the leaking breaks after the reseal, the seals hadn't bedded right in one caliper and I think I've sorted it out. Took it for a strap it is revving clean and should pull up well once the pads bed in! One problem..... She feels slow I guess I got used to the 7r lol.
