I have recently purchased an sr250 1982 model, I have been trying to find details of where these were made and find lots of contradictory information. As I interpret the information I have found the SR250, was produced in the USA from 1980 to 1982 and in Spain from 1982 till 2002. Then the new 239cc model was produced in Spain from 2002 till 2004 Can someone please confirm or correct this? We're they ever made in Japan or Asia? Does anyone know of an accurate record of sr250 production? Any information will be most welcome.
