Can anyone tell me - or post a clear picture - the angle that these carbs sit at on the bike please.

I've looked at sharky's float level thread but the pics won't come up for me - my internet again.

The NSR carbs on my twin are proving very difficult to set up. There's about .005in float level between functioning and flooding. So I can source a set of ZXR250A carbs in good nick locally.
    Worth a crack.
But I need to know the standard inclination on the Kawasaki motor.
Either the angle from the horizontal of the flat surface the airbox mounts to - or the float chamber seam - would do.

    Thanks

    Greg

Given the witness marks on the tops of the pistons, "doomed" might still apply! I haven't run this engine. It's an eBay spare that had 'great compression'. Pretty sure I know why the compression readings were high.

Yes, that angle is the same with the carb boots on.
