    #UPDATE/small break-though#

Remember me complaining about my radiator fan not working? well i cleaned its connections with contact cleaner and she spooled up ! :) however the fan does kick in only after 7/10 up the temp gauge.... at least i can idle through heavy traffic with more confidence now :thumb_ups:

warm? yeah like a volcano :lolsign: still keen on Brendan's idea of rigging up a switch for the fan for those slow hill climbs, - i'm a temperature Nazi, hate it when things get hot:mad:

The switches are really popular I've seen a lot of ZXR's with them. Don't worry too much about a little heat, if I am correct the ZXR250 actually shared the same radiator as other ZXR models including the ZXR400. Hence they are designed for a slightly larger engine anyway, they'll do the job.

Understand perfectly where your coming from, however the engineers at Kawasaki have tested these things to destruction and have set thermostat to run at perfect temperature for ultimate performance. You can of course get a new thermostat but at a lower setting.
