Finally got my bandit registered, and rode it around the street yesterday afternoon note that it didn't want to start straight away, but started without too much trouble. Went to go for a ride just now and it wouldn't start. I think 3 cylinders are flooding because as it turns over it burbles slightly like one cylinder is firing, but won't actually start. No massive backfires though.

I have rebuilt the carbs and it was running and starting perfect, until I pulled them off again to change the float needle seats. All specs are factory except the idle mixture screws are an extra 1/4 turn out, and as I can tell everything is exactly how it was before I pulled them off again.

I would be going back in and checking if the seats/o rings are seated correctly

Have the float needles been replaced?

I did double check the float heights on the bike using some clear tube.
Needles were replaced (again) and I reused the O-rings from my original rebuild kit as they were tighter than the ones that came with the seats
