Hi guys this is the first time I'm doing the clutch in an fzr and I have come across the odd centre bolt . It has a lock nut to go onto it but what way should this be adjusted for use ?
    Thank you

That's for the slack on the clutch push rod - it's been a long time I did the adjustment so please check this, IIRC you loosed the lock nut, wind the centre bolt in till it touches the push rod mechanism (becomes tight) then back it out 1/8 - 1/4 turn and retighten the lock nut.
That' basically so that the clutch can engage fully (nothing preventing springs from pushing the pressure plated fully together) and to prevent the push rod wearing excessively.

Similarly it's also so that when you pull the clutch lever and disengage the clutch, there's a good amount of throw on the push rod to allow the plates to properly separate.

    Hope that makes sense
