How cool is this, I surfing the web and stumbled upon the Honda MDH250, basically a brand new ready to run race bike from the Honda Shop in Midland, Perth. I have just sent them an e-mail and asked them to join up and give us a run down of this track day weapon !!! check it out at http://www.hondashop.com.au/racemdh250/
true, but the costs of building up a race spec modern bike would cost a few bucks as well... there is one of these running around Ipswitch raceway
Hi all These are a great little bike. here are some pics of mine. I also have the service & parts manuals, But cant work out how to upload them. The parts are easy to find because Honda dealerships can get them in for you. I am hoping to convert this to electric soon. I think it would make a great frame. Are many people here interested in electric conversions? Thanks Tom
Here are some links to websites that sell parts and other bits and pieces for the moriwakis http://www.risingsuncycles.com/bikespecific/MD250H/md250h.htm http://www.battle.co.jp/ - This ones in Japanese. google translator works well. I have bought from here and they are great. http://www.moriwaki.co.jp/global/product/ccr_md250.php They also released a MD250S version which was to fit a suzuki 250 motor but i believe it came in rolling chassis form. I have not seen one but i think there are still some in crates here in Australia somewhere.
There were 2 of them on track at Round 1 of the Southern Downs - Tayla Relph and Sarah Fairbrother were riding them.
