Hello all, I happened across this forum while browsing
on my mobile phone, looks great and well active!

I am based on the west coast of ireland. i am currently
building an RD250 engined hybrid machine and this place
will surely answer some questions i will have going forward.

I have a presence on a few other specialist forums for 2 stroke
    bikes and honda machines etc.

Here is the link to the blog I am keeping on the project >

    Hey Alan
:welcome:, your blog has provided some interesting reading. Like Chris, was impressed with the way in which you remove dents from your expansion chambers, must be good seals to get 80 psi from a foot pump. Well done mate.
Am keen to see what else you get up to whilst building your machine, looking good :thumb_ups:

    Thanks all for the welcomes!
Regarding the pipes, they held up to around 80psi but over that the air would just leak out, sort of a handy safety valve!
