    Hi Guys,

I am now moving on to the forks on the GSX250, anyone have experience with the Anti Dive Assembly?
If I open this thing up is it going to be an explosion of little parts?
Is it worth opening it up?
And Finally what the F%&K is it!!?? Ha ha ha

Thanks Again Guys (one day I hope to help others)

It's supposed to counter-act the diving of the forks when under braking to maintain steering geometry. From what I hear, they don't work very well and most people just block it off with a plate and setup the forks to perform better with springs / oil / emulator valves etc.

Also heard that they never worked back in the day's , but could never confirm that. Before i'd open it up , i'd find out if part's are still available for it , i'd be most upset if part's flew across the shed never to be seen again and not available. Hence , this would happen :headbang:.

OK so I jumped in and took it apart, its actually in good condition, chucked all the parts in the ultrasonic cleaner and Im happy with the results, and now I understand what its supposed to do (a bit more cleaning and I think shes right)
