    Heat job. Small propane bottle with torch attachment. A heat gun might work too.

    It turns and its maybe 2mm out and Ive belted it with a mallet .... but thats it, no go

    Put the nut back on it to protect the threads and give it a whack with a rubber mallet, soak it in wd40

    If all else fails it will have to be pressed out, obviously with appropriate support underneath so as not to damage the frame. I suggest calling the esteemed Dr Murdo.

    I'm not sure soaking will get so far down the shaft. I'd agree with Maelstrom and get a torch on it.

    It's probably too late but I thought I'd mention that I've had much better results with Break Away than I ever did with WD40.
