Move to a warmer climate with less humidity? [IMG]

Colder with less humidity would work too, so that rules out Scotland, it's freezing and always PISS*** it down...

I think I heard somewhere that a raw potato cut in 1/2 and rubbed on glass stops misting, dunno but it's worth a try

you can buy some antifog stuff which will work well for a while.

I have also heard this theory... Apparently humid air requires something to 'attach to' in order to create a foggy surface. Often, if your mirrors (or visor) goes foggy then it is not perfectly clean, and there are small particles left on it which the humid air can then condense onto. Therefore, if you clean the mirrors well etc. it won't happen. Apparently standard cleaning things for a bike (soapy water, plexus etc.) will not do this well, or if they do dust etc. will be attracted quite quickly.

The person who told me this theory (vic from netrider) says to use toothpaste - because it is slightly abbrasive in nature it will clean the mirrors perfectly, and no more fog.

For what it's worth - I don't know about the theory, but toothpaste works well!
