Hey guys/gals, not around much cause of wrist pain. I think I type too much at work.. I don't even play my games much at home cause of the pain. Might be RSI but resting my wrist as much as possible. Don't even get to ride my bike cause it hurt's that much.

Will let you know how it goes over next few weeks. Boz is around so if you need anything go bother him.

    Dude, get better soon.

I rode for the first time in 49 days because of my shoulder. But it is wet and wintery here now.

no good - hopefully it isn't rsi though as that is a recurring condition... Are you doing any exercises to try and improve (basic wrist stretches are the usual prescription).

Hope your wrist gets better and you can return soon.

I have one of these. It is okay if you are doing longer rides, but I tend to not use it too much. Reason being is I have the 1000 and the smallest throttle movement is a go-fast move.

you can get those throttlerockers here in Aus too - I have seen one at a shop called BikeMart (Ringwood / melbourne).

thats a nice idea - unfortunately its my left hand / finger so isn't much use to me - i need a clutch lever for my right thumb or something!! (anyone read about mick doohan riding gp's with his rear brake operated by a thumb lever when his foot was broken?? the man was a nut)

And it was a pretty trick set-up too. I feel your pain with having left index finger issues. I pinched a nerve in my neck and my finger went numb. That was almost 2 months ago. Just about have all of the feeling back now. I even started riding again. Woot!!

congrats on the riding again ! Good to hear. Try to avoid whatever you did last time when pinching the nerve...

Funny thing about that. I think I pinched the nerve right as I was riding out to work. All geared up, sittin on the bike as it is warming up, so I do a few stretches and POW, as I was stretching out my neck. I think the key thing was that I had my helmet on this time. So no more of that.
